SSFeatures lets you freeze one or more rows at the top of your Smartsheet grid. Frozen rows stay visible while you scroll through the rest of your data.
Smartsheet lets you freeze columns so they stay visible while you scroll horizontally. But there is no way to freeze rows. This means that when you scroll down through a large sheet, you lose sight of important rows like:
This is one of the most requested features in the Smartsheet community. Users who work with large sheets often have to scroll back and forth to reference important rows, which slows them down and hurts their productivity.
SSFeatures adds "Freeze Row" and "Unfreeze Row" buttons to the right-click menu. Here's how to use it:

The selected rows will be pinned to the top of the grid. When you scroll down, those rows stay visible so you can always reference them. SSFeatures remembers which rows you froze for each sheet, so the next time you open the same sheet, your frozen rows are automatically restored.

To unfreeze rows, right-click on a frozen row and click Unfreeze Row(s). You can unfreeze all rows at once, or unfreeze only some of them. If you right-click on a frozen row that isn't the first row, SSFeatures will unfreeze that row and all frozen rows below it, while keeping the rows above it frozen.
